Mr. Leong Chiew Keong (Partner) is a graduate from the University of Leicester, England. He has been practising in Kuala Lumpur for approximately 27 years since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor. He has extensive banking and insolvency expertise. His work encompasses the negotiation and documentation of all asset based financial transactions including company and property acquisition, regional joint ventures, project fund raising and financing. He also has considerable experience in litigation involving his spheres of expertise.
Miss Siti Nurbaya Dato' Mohd Bisharuddin (Partner) is a graduate from the International Islamic University of Malaysia. She has been practising in Kuala Lumpur for approximately 17 years since being admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor. She specialises in the negotiation and drafting of security instruments for financial institutions, setting up business deals involving private companies, documenting off the balance sheet funding, guarantees and comfort letters.
